Rainy days and Ash Wednesdays not a reason to be down!

I am going to church today to pray for an hour in silence. Our church holds a 24 hour prayer vigil leading up to the 7pm service. I have to tell you, it is such a moving experience! The first year I did this it was raining too. It was early in my christian journey. As I was praying, I looked outside. I distinctly remember the clouds seemingly part and sun shining in the sanctuary. I cried. It seemed like God chose to smile on me. The smile may not be as obvious today -but I am looking forward to spending some quality time with Him to chase away the clouds that may be in my heart and head.
